I was just recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and I saw one of your videos and starting to put your methods into practice. @bejit103 months agoI’m sure you probably heard this many times before. But, as a radiologist and a fellow physician, I wanted to give you my heartfelt thanks for your video. I believe that you have extended my life with many additional good years. Based on your advice I cut out carbs and eat more fats, in only three months I lost 15-20 lbs, got my triglycerides down to 98 from 200, took my cholesterol down to 150 from 200 and my vldl down to 16 from 40. Plus, my hbh1c has gone down significantly. This in only 3 months! What I find disconcerting is how much bad advice is out there, when there is a whole body of evidence to show that what you recommend actually works. Big pharmaceuticals and food companies have no incentive to recommend what we really should be eating. And, until that changes, we will continue to have a metabolic crisis in this country. It’s very sad. Nevertheless, I am on the right path and I use much of excellent advice you give. Cannot express my thanks enough for what you do! ...19

@midnightsocean2689last yearFrom my experience: Grapefruits, green apples and dark chocolate are a great bench mark for how much sugar you have in your diet. If those 3 foods taste awful, you are getting way too much sugar in your diet. If they taste amazing, you are probably on the right track with your sugar intake levels. After a few weeks of a low sugar diet, healthy foods tasted fantastic but I could not even eat normal mainstream treats. They literally burned my tongue and made me feel sick. The body adapts to bad things just as much as it does to good things. Something to think about. ...454

@mrmojojoe442 years agoDear Sten, Happy New Year and thank you so much for taking the time to create these videos and sharing your thoughts with us. It is much more powerful to naturally prevent disease, than to treat it. You are making the world a better place by making more people understand that and by providing the practical tools to take action. Thank you for that! Now for my question: You mention nuts as part of a healthy diet. However, in your video “What If You Stop Eating Bread For 30 Days?”, you list so-called phytic acids or phytates along with enzyme inhibitors as “Anti-Nutrients” contained in grains. Nuts also contain both phytic acids and enzyme inhibitors but still you recommend them. Obviously, the amount of recommended nuts - as you describe it in this video - is far less than the amount of grain-based food commonly consumed by many people. As a comment, supposedly the amount of both phytic acids and enzyme inhibitors may be reduced by soaking nuts (and seeds) in water. Can you share your thoughts on this? Cheers! Joe ...38

from a cow or goat is the best. Fresh eggs and you know what is in your meat. No one knows how old I am and think I am 15 to 20 years younger. Have had the same 32" waistline for 40 years. Dr. Ekberg knows what he is talking about. ... 56

Happy New Year and thank you so much for taking the time to create these videos and sharing your thoughts with us.
Cheers!

You should have a podcast where you post all the audios of your YouTube videos.
I would listen to it all day long.
/>Please, just make a podcast and upload all of your materials there.

Vielen Dank, ich freue mich auf das nächste Video 🦩☘️ 1
Your videos are fantastic .
Because of what I’m learning from you (and a lot of discipline), I’ve dumped 30lb since November.
Your approach is perfect, and I’m so grateful to have found you and your channel. I belong to an IF group in FB, and I post your stuff to the group all the time, and I’m also talking about you in the car as an Uber driver because as soon as someone asks how I’m doing, I say ‘I’ve lost THIRTY POUNDS’ (I tell anyone who’ll listen!), and when they ask how, I say ‘watch this dude, and do IF!’
Nothing but love for you!!
