Roti Sobek Garlic Cream Cheese Ala Korean Bread Bahan cream cheese: 250g cream cheese (suhu ruang) 1sdm gula pasir 50ml susu cair Bahan garlic butter sauce: 150g butter 50g bawang putih parut 1 telur 1sdm madu 1 sdt parsley Cara buat roti sobek bisa dilihat di /watch/scweKvrxgbtxe Cara buat garlic butter sauce Butter dicairkan dengan api kecil, diangkat dan biarkan hangat. Masukan telur, bawang putih parut, parsley dan madu Aduk rata Cara buat cream cheese Campur cream cheese, gula pasir dan susu cair Aduk hingga merata tercampur Pindahkan ke kantung segitiga Masukan garlic butter sauce dan cream cheese ke sela-sela irisan roti. Tuangkan sisa garlic butter sauce ke seluruh bagian luar roti sobek.
