Ingredients for Green Moong Dal Ladoo
Green Grams - हरी मूंग या हरी मूंग दाल - 400 gram
Sugar Powder - बुरा - 400 gram
Desi Ghee - घी - 100 gram
Almond Flakes - बादाम कतरन - 100 gram
Cashew - काजू - 100 gram, chopped
Raisins - किशमिश - 100 gram
Cardamom Powder - इलाइची पाउडर - 10
How to prepare green moong dal ladoo?
1. Roast green moong dal over medium heat till the color changes lightly.
2. Once ready, take them out on a plate and allow them to cool.
3. Grind the lentils into a fine flour once cool down.
4. Add 100 gram of ghee to a pan and roast over low-medium heat.
5. Add 400 grams green moong and roast with ghee for 7-8 more minutes.
6. Add cardamoms powder and chopped cashews, almond flakes, raisins and roast the mixture a little more.
7. Mix the moong dal mixture and transfer to big plate.(optional)
8. Take out the mixture and bind it like ladoo.
9. Prepare all the laddoos and green moong ladoos are ready.
