It was a unique piece and looked promising in consideration of versatility, intensity of effort required and potential upsides relative to both lesser impact on the joints as well as hypertrophy development. . Over the past few months I’ve been consistently incorporating the bar that kicked my butt with only 79 lbs loaded on it. . I’ve far from exhausted it’s potential uses, nor have I maximized all of the yield it can potentially provide. Nevertheless, I still want to do an update on my thoughts on this unique bar because so many people had reached out upon it’s initial purchase and further throughout the short while that I’ve used it looking for any feedback I might be able to provide. . Initially, I didn’t have much to say as I had no experience or relative insight. . Now? I’ve got a few thoughts on what this bar brings to the table.
