If you’ve ever wondered pano magluto ng malambot at masarap na beef tapa... in this recipe I used thin cut beef chuck marinated in soy sauce, sugar, garlic and ginger for at least 3 hours, and then just pan frying the beef in oil. I like to dry out the sauce a little bit then I season with red pepper flakes and chives for a tasty sweet and spicy taste.
