Moong Dal barfi recipe | quick and easy sweet dessert recipe | Sweet during lockdown
Ingredients
1.soaked moong dal
2.350g paste
3.Khoya made at home
4.Sugar 3/4 big bowl
5.desi ghee 2 bowl
Method
1.heat Kadhai on medium flame & Add 1 bowl ghee
2.Add moong dal paste
3.Stir continuously on medium flame
otherwise it stick to base
4.add 1 bowl of ghee
5.stir continuously for 10 min.
to get cooked well
6.Add sugar
7.Add Khoya and mixwell
8.grease Removal base by ghee
9.Now spread the paste in base with
uniform thickness
10.spread crushed cashew nuts on top
11.Put in fridge for 1 hour to get set
12.After 1 hours Take out of fridge and
cut in shape of barfi
Serve the barfi and kept in box not in fridge.
