Narcissistic Family Abuse Cycles & Generational Curses

Narcissists aren't born but bred through the ranks of narcissistic family structures. They themselves have been controlled and taken advantage of. They learned it from someone who passed it onto them directly when they were a child. Instead of breaking generational curses, they choose to pass on that same torment and abuse onto their children and spouse. These are choices that they consciously make. Don't fall into the pity party trap because of their trauma, because that too is part of the mind control. They could've transmuted that pain and provided a better life for their family but they choose to enact that same behavior that they once despised and terrorize the families they create.
