This was an interview for a new position within the company I currently work for.
This worked for a 6 figure job position.
Just FYI, I didn’t apply everything in this video, but I applied few of the steps. Especially the weakness points.! ...

My situation is slightly different from others.
I attended a job interview through an agency 6 months back. As far as I think, I have done all the interviews very good. There were 3 rounds
technical, presentation and behavioural. I was
not accepted. The agent called me and told so.
After 6 months, few weeks back I applied this time for a senior role in the same company (reputed MNC) this time directly through their
website. I was shortlisted and invited for the interview on coming Monday. I will be interviewed
by the same manager again.
I am preparing by following your tips, can you please guide me how to be successful this time.

Told the uniform would be presented to me and I can start working the next week, just to send me a text message saying “unfortunately we are not hiring at the time and we wish you the best of luck.” 😢😂 ... 1
