Ingredients: Karela (Bitter Gourd) 14 or 1 kg beef Minc (Keema) 1/2 Kg Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder 1tbsp Gam Masala Powder 1/2 tbsp Oil 2 Cup Onion 4 (Chopped) Tomatoes 3 (Chopped) Salt to taste Red Chilli Powder 1+1/2 tsp Direction: Step 1: Remove the outer covering of Bitter Melon and pull out seeds and cut in small round pieces and marinate it with salt and rest it for 20 minutes. Step 2: After that 2 time Wash it with clean water and completly dry it. Step 3: Now take a bowl and add one glass of water and keema, Onion, Garlic Paste, Ginger Paste, Tomato, Green Coriander, Green Chilli, Button Red Chilli, Cumin Powder, Pomegranate Seeds Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Coriander Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Red Chilli Powder and mix it well and fry on medium flame. and when completly fried keema add one cup of ghee or oil and fry more 5 minutes on low flame. Step 4: Now take a pan and add 1/2 Cup oil and add karelay cut shapes for shallow fry it on medium flame for 15 minutes with stir. Step 5: Now add fried keema aand fry for 10 minutes on medium to low flame.
