Corn Cheese Ball -
This corn cheese balls recipe is for restaurant type cheese balls which have melted cheesy texture, delicious taste and not only that they are quick and easy to prepare compared to these stuffed cheese balls.

Cook Time - 10 minutes

Ingredients
1 cup sweet corn
2 potato boiled & mashed
½ capsicum finely chopped
1 tsp ginger chili paste
1 chilli finely chopped
2 tbsp coriander finely chopped
½ tsp chilli flakes
½ tsp pepper powder
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp garam masala
¼ cup mozzarella cheese grated
2 tbsp bread crumbs
salt as per taste
for corn flour slurry:
2 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp maida / plain flour
½ tsp chilli flakes
salt as per taste
½ cup water
other ingredients:
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
oil for frying
10 mozzarella cheese balls

सामग्री
1 कप स्वीट कॉर्न उबला हुआ
2 आलू उबला और मसला हुआ
आधी शिमला मिर्च बारीक कटी हुई
1 छोटा चम्मच अदरक मिर्च का पेस्ट
1 मिर्च बारीक कटी हुई
2 बड़ा चमच्च धनिया बारीक कटी हुई
½ छोटा चम्मच चिली फ्लेक्स
½ छोटा चम्मच काली मिर्च पाउडर
½ छोटा चम्मच जीरा पाउडर
½ छोटा चम्मच गरम मसाला
¼ कप मोजरेला चीज़ कसा हुआ
2 बड़े चम्मच ब्रेड क्रम्ब्स
नमक - स्वाद अनुसार
मकाई के आटा का घोल के लिए:
2 बड़े चम्मच मकई का आटा
2 बड़े चम्मच मैदा / सादा आटा
½ छोटा चम्मच चिली फ्लेक्स
नमक - स्वाद अनुसार
½ कप पानी
अन्य सामग्री:
1 कप ब्रेडक्रंब
10 मोज़ेरेला चीज़ क्यूब्स

1. firstly, in a large bowl take 1 cup sweet corn and 3 potato.
2. add ½ capsicum, 1 tsp ginger chili paste, 1 chilli and 2 tbsp coriander.
3. add ½ tsp chilli flakes, ½ tsp pepper powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp garam masala.
4. further add ¼ cup mozzarella cheese, 2 tbsp bread crumbs and ½ tsp salt.
5. mix well, combine well.
6. For corn flour slurry by taking 2 tbsp corn flour, 2 tbsp maida, ½ tsp chilli flakes and ½ tsp salt.
7. add ½ cup water and mix well making sure there are no lumps.
8. take a ball sized mixture and flatten slightly.
9. place a small mozzarella cheese ball in centre and secure well.
10. roll to form a smooth ball.
11. dip in corn flour slurry and roll in bread crumbs.
12. deep fry in hot oil.
13. fry on medium flame until balls turn golden brown and crisp.
14. finally, enjoy corn cheese balls with chilli chutney or tomato sauce.
