The End Times

Choreographed by: Me! Abigail (Abby) Morris Filmed & Edited by: Ryan McMahon This work was created for Point Park's Student Choreography Project. Inspired by the film "Bombshell" & the TV show "The Morning Show," this piece tackles the scrutiny women face in the work place, especially in the journalism and broadcasting professions. What we see on camera is never the truth but a façade. What these women go through is heartbreaking, and their stories deserve to be told. We must encourage more women to share their stories to put a stop to sexual harassment in the workplace. "The End Times" is defined as a hope that events will hopefully reach a climax and that there is a resolution. As a woman, I hope that something good can come out of the tragic events these women have experienced. I hope it can bring more awareness to the issue and remember to respect and be kind to one another. We could use more of that in this crazy world we live in.
