In November 2022, I travelled to the Caucasus region for 7 weeks. I started my travels by backpacking through Azerbaijan for 3 weeks before crossing the border into Georgia on foot. Having travelled around Georgia for 2 weeks in a 4x4 with my husband, he left to fly home and I continued on. The final leg of my journey started with an overnight train to Yerevan for around $45, and I planned to spend 10 days in Armenia to try to get a glimpse of this ancient country. ABOUT ME: I started solo travelling in 2013 and left Indonesia in 2016 to pursue full-time travelling while at the same time documenting my journey as I explore different cultures as a solo female traveller. Having initially travelled for 5 months throughout Asia, I moved to China in January 2017 for an English teaching job, which was my first experience living abroad. Since leaving China in 2018, I have taken the move to become a full-time YouTube creator and traveller. I strive to create unique, culture-driven content and capture authentic interactions as I travel. Thumbnail photo background by Clay Gilliland from Chandler, U.S.A.

@arminesauthentickitchenett13829 months ago You need to go to armenia in summer or autumn as well. Armenians love watching otherreactions to their country. The truely appreciate e efforts. It is a very small country, but every 30 mins driving landscape is changing and all states have their own character even different dialects of the armenian language. Hope to see more videos from armenia. Greetings from sydney. ...Expand 1

@JohnyKondakjianlast year You welcome in my homeland armenia, syifa jan.
i don' t know if you still here it this video filmed long time ago, i will be so happy to meet as always i answer everyone, it' s totally opposite when you visit armenia then you go to what called baku they will ask you thusands of questions, but armenian side will never treat you in any wrong way if they ask it' s super normal as any country asking let' s say when i arrive to poland or any eu country they ask a lot, but our side are always kind and polite the one who afraid to visit armenia it' s the one who have bad and some illegal things did before so definitely not you nothing to be worry i watched your videos and specially when you visited our churches in occupied turkey now and i have big appreciate respect through you and support you even you visit azerbaijan that is normal to see both side.
welcome always in your second or third home if you want to called you and your husband god bless you

@anastasiyakarpenko9578last year An interesting video, thanks! You are so brave, i would like to be like you!
but about the train: inthere are not 6 sleeping places on one side, but 4. The upper 2 shelves are for mattresses and other stuff. And on the other side, not just 2 places with a table where you can chat, there are also 2 sleeping places. It' s just that this table turns over and you get a bed from below and a shelf is lowered above it and a second bed is obtained. I know this because we also have such trains in belarus.
