Rogueport (8-Bit Cover) - Paper Mario TTYD

Fantastic artwork by Moola, check out their soundcloud here: https://soundcloud.com/doctor-fluorescent Rogueport was a great intro to TTYD, it was immediately unfamiliar for a Mario game and presented a darker feel while still maintaining the quirkiness the series is known for. The music does an amazing job at keeping with this theme, and since a new Paper Mario has just been announced I was motivated to go back and finish this remix that I had been working on for a while. Fun fact: Did you know that TTYD's soundtrack actually uses the DPCM drum samples from Super Mario Bros. 3 in its music? You can hear them in many different songs, including the underground theme and the battle theme.
